Shannon Fogle, a dedicated plant therapist with over 15 years in the Fuquay-Varina, NC community, will lead the senses engagement portion of the Shinrin-yoku event. With a deep-rooted passion for the healing power of plants, Shannon will guide participants in awakening their senses to the natural world—touching, smelling, seeing, hearing, and even tasting the forest’s offerings. Her session will invite attendees to slow down, connect deeply with nature, and experience its therapeutic benefits through mindful sensory exploration. Through her expertise, Shannon will help foster a renewed appreciation for the simple yet profound joy of engaging with the earth.
